As art of my research at Aalborg University I had the privilege to work together with a team of skilled programmers, engineers and architectures to elaborate the initial findings done the workshop Environmental Response. The result was a responsive wall segment able to sense and respond to internal and external environmental stimuli. The results and ideas behind is published in the publications:
Foged IW. & Poulsen ES. “Environmental Feedback and Spatial Conditioning” (2010) ACADIA 2010 Life In:Formation : On Responsive Information and Variations in Architecture, New York, USA
Foged IW, Kirkegaard PH, Christensen JT, Jensen MB & Poulsen ES. “Shape Control of Responsive Building Envelopes” (2010) Proceedings of the International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures (IASS) Symposium, Shanghai, China
